Solar in BaxterWhat a Baxter install involves
Baxter is a small township around the station on the Stony Point line, with acreage and lifestyle properties spreading out on every side. It sits in the Mornington Peninsula Shire but is closer to our depot than most of Frankston. Homes range from older township houses to newer builds, and out on the bigger blocks there are sheds and outbuildings with their own sub-boards. Many properties rely on LPG, which makes heat pump hot water a natural partner for solar.
Our written-up Baxter job shows what a complete install covers. The owner got 24 Jinko Tiger Neo III panels for 11.4kW, a single-phase Sigen hybrid inverter and three SigenStor modules for 27.12kWh, plus a heat pump hot water unit. The main board and a sub-board were upgraded, cement sheeting went behind the battery, and the battery was mounted undercover on the south wall, out of the afternoon sun.
Those details separate a tidy install from one that causes trouble later, and every one of them is priced before you sign. There was no Solar Victoria rebate on that job, which is a reminder that not every household qualifies, so we check eligibility first. The rest of what we do locally is on the Baxter page.
