Holding both an A-Grade Electrical Licence and full Refrigeration qualifications, Tim is passionate about helping homeowners transition to smarter, more efficient all-electric homes. He is currently furthering his expertise by studying Mechanical Services through the VBA, ensuring Powerband remains at the forefront of heating, cooling, and energy solutions. Tim takes pride in delivering practical advice, quality workmanship, and long-term value for every customer.
Dayle has grown with Powerband Electrical, working his way up from being on the tools every day to overseeing projects, supporting the team, and helping manage day-to-day operations. With a strong electrical background and hands-on experience, he understands what it takes to deliver quality work and keep jobs running smoothly. Dayle works closely with customers, conducts site visits, and helps coordinate projects between the field and office teams to ensure a great customer experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Dayle is a passionate motocross rider, competing on weekends with the support of Powerband Electrical as a proud sponsor. His drive, leadership, and practical approach make him a valued part of the Powerband team.

Having completed an electrical apprenticeship and HVAC training before moving into sales, he understands energy solutions from both a trades and customer perspective. With more than seven years of experience in the solar and battery industry, Trent has helped thousands of homeowners find the right solar and battery solution to reduce energy costs and increase energy independence. Alisha is the creative force behind Powerband Electrical’s social media presence and customer engagement. Before joining the team, she worked as a nurse, bringing with her a strong background in communication, care, and building genuine relationships with people. Alisha manages social media content, creates videos, coordinates team events, and works closely with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with Powerband. Her ability to connect with people, tell the Powerband story, and showcase the team culture helps bring the business to life both online and off.
