Tim founded Powerband and still runs it. He holds an A-Grade Electrical Licence and full refrigeration qualifications, and is currently adding Mechanical Services through the VBA. Fifteen-plus years across electrical, solar, batteries and heating and cooling, and the person most likely to tell you a smaller system is the right one.
Maddi was Powerband's first employee and has helped build the business from a one-truck operation to what it is now. She runs day-to-day operations, keeps standards tight across customer service, project delivery and team coordination, and is the reason jobs finish when we said they would.
Dayle started on the tools and worked his way up to running projects and coordinating between the field crews and the office. He does site visits, designs systems with customers and keeps jobs moving. Outside work he races motocross on weekends, with Powerband as a sponsor.
Alison is usually the first voice you hear. Twenty years in government roles before Powerband gave her the organisation and patience to run scheduling, coordinate jobs and keep every customer informed from first call to final invoice.
Trent was a solar installer with HVAC training before he moved into sales, so he quotes what he knows how to build. Seven-plus years in solar and batteries and thousands of systems designed. The team calls him the Solar and Battery King and he has not asked them to stop.
Alisha runs Powerband's social media, shoots the videos, organises team events and looks after customers between quote and install. She was a nurse before this, which shows in how she deals with people.
Liam leads crews on site across solar, battery, air conditioning and general electrical, and mentors the apprentices. Known for working out the awkward jobs and getting them done properly the first time.
Matt runs jobs on site with a focus on solar and battery installations, and is completing his refrigeration qualifications so he can cover heating and cooling as well. Attention to detail is the thing customers mention.
