Solar in Narre Warren NorthMore roof, more load, longer runs
Narre Warren North is not like the suburbs around it. Much of it is semi-rural, with homes on acreage among paddocks, hills and stands of old trees, and the houses tend to be large single-storey or two-storey brick homes. On the southern edge there are suburban streets that look more like neighbouring Narre Warren, but most of the suburb is open country.
Bigger properties use more power. Water pumps, a shed with tools or a workshop, a pool pump, ducted heating and cooling, and more often now an EV or two. The roof is usually big enough to carry a large array, and a large battery makes sense when the house keeps drawing power through the evening and overnight.
Distance is the other factor. On acreage the switchboard, the best roof face and the shed can be a long way apart, so cable runs and the battery position need planning before the price is set. We work that out at the site visit. See the rest of our Narre Warren North services.
