Williams LandingWilliams Landing, from the switchboard up
Williams Landing is a 2010s estate built around its train station, a mix of townhouses and detached homes on compact lots. The homes are modern, with good switchboards, and most were connected to gas for heating, hot water and cooking.
Because Williams Landing is inside the VEU area and most homes here were connected to gas, the usual order is solar and a battery sized properly, then reverse cycle and a heat pump to replace the gas heating and hot water, then induction, then the gas meter abolished. Flat, unshaded western roofs make the solar side of that especially good value.
Everything on this page is done by Powerband employees, not subcontractors, and quoted as a fixed after-rebate price after a free site inspection. For the full picture of how we stage a house off gas, see our home electrification page; for Williams Landing specifics, the fastest answer is a phone call.
